About Us

History: All Laser Service has been serving the laser printer repair and supply needs of the Silicon Valley community since 1991. In 1993, our online world wide web presence began, and we were able to provide repair parts and service information to the web community. Our main sales office and warehouse are located in Sunnyvale, California, at 556 E. Weddell Drive, Suite 3. From this facility, we dispatch our service personnel for local service calls, process phone and internet orders, and house our support staff and administrative offices. We have additional sales and administrative staff in our East Coast office located in Windham, Maine. Our distribution warehouses on the east coast and in the midwest, allow us to minimize delivery time and reduce shipping costs to all areas of the country.

Our policy from the very beginning has been to offer fair and honest service at competitive prices. We are a forward looking company with long term goals, rather than short term profits at the expense of our customers. Our staff has diverse backgrounds in engineering and manufacturing, high end retail sales, and public service, which allows us to maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

All Laser Service has been a WRAP (Waste Reduction Awards Program) winner every year since 1991. We also won the Sunnyvale Business Solid Waste and Recycling Award in 1997 and received the Bay Area Green Business award in 2005. We have been members of our local Chamber of Commerce and various other industry groups and councils.
